ACC is seeking to enter into a long-term arrangement with an architectural and design services supplier to provide a range of services from the concept/preliminary design stage right through to certification and full project management delivery. The supplier will work with ACC on a project-by-project basis to ensure ACC’s refurbishments and new builds consist of modern fit for purpose facilities which will support and foster ACC’s objectives.
