The purpose of this notice is to advise interested parties that ACC will be publishing an RFP for a Data and Information Panel onto GETS no later than 26 November 2018.
ACC as Lead Agency on behalf of a closed cluster of government agencies is seeking to appoint suppliers who will provide Data and Information resourcing, services, support, and specific technology expertise through a Panel arrangement. Noting successful Respondents will be offered a contract, with no guaranteed spend.
The Panel will then allow ACC (and the closed cluster of government agencies) to utilise a secondary procurement process to procure any of the following;
1. Data and Information resources (specific roles to be included in the RFP);
2. Data and Information related technology expertise (specific technologies to be included in the RFP);
3. Deliverables and services relating to Data and Information
The intent of the Panel will be to allow participating agencies to select suppliers who have resource/s to undertake a piece of work, with the option of overlaying this with a supplier’s specific technology expertise.
Support and major projects are out of scope for this Panel.
