ACC wants to build a great digital experience for our customers connecting them seamlessly to information and services they need - when and wherever they need them. The technology landscape is always changing and so too does the expectation of our customers. We wish to explore options for using conversational Artificial Intelligence as a digital assistant for ACC customers using their own language - answering queries with customers in a way that feels natural, getting ‘smarter’ over time.
ACC is looking for a vendor to provide a conversational AI platform as a service, as well as professional services to help define the use cases, design conversations, support implementation across a number of channels and ongoing operational support.
We expect the vendor to provide ACC with the capability to easily adjust conversation flows, manage & monitor analytics so ACC can understand usage, trends and opportunities.
We expect continued maintenance and upgrade to the conversational AI platform to be made by the vendor seamlessly as part of the solution subscription.
