ACC wish to advise legal professionals with specific experience in Accident Compensation (AC) and/or medico-health law that we will be releasing a Registration of Interest (ROI) in the next week.
ACC is seeking to appoint a nationwide panel of legal professionals (Solicitors, Barristers Sole and Queen’s Counsel) with specific expertise in AC and medico-health law to represent ACC at reviews and appeals, under Part 5 of the Accident Compensation Act 2001.
The open market ROI will be the first stage in multi-stage procurement process to select the ACC Appeals and Reviews Panel. The ROI will be used to shortlist suitable legal professionals for stage 2 which will be a closed Request for Proposal. Successful respondents will be required to submit a response to stage 2.
The services being sought are out of scope of the All of Government (AoG) External Legal Panel.
