In late 2018 ACC will relocate part of its Auckland operations to a new facility in Newmarket. The purpose of this RFP is to identify and select a contractor capable of undertaking the hard fitout work to a modern, open plan configuration. It is expected that work will be able to commence at the start of June, and will need to be completed by 29 August 2018. The completion date is driven by an expiring lease.
