Overview
As part of its transformation programme, ACC is seeking to consolidate its existing office accommodation requirements to two sites, one located in Hamilton, and one located in Dunedin. The purpose of this ROI is to identify potential existing leased premises which would be suitable for ACC’s needs, or suppliers who may be contemplating a building development which may be suitable for ACC to lease.
The premises sought by ACC would ideally be within, or on the fringe of the CBD, have good public transport links, be of modern design and high seismic rating, and be capable of being fitted out to a modern, open plan office configuration.
