The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) is seeking information from suppliers that have an established system which could be used to support taxi management, fare administration, discounts and billing services, either in conjunction with taxi provision, or independent of it (Services). The information gathered during the RFI process will inform ACC’s understanding of the range of services and solutions currently available.

ACC’s taxi requirements consist of three components:
• Taxis to assist ACC clients to attend their rehabilitation, treatment, medical appointments or school
• Taxis for ACC staff members to support the day to day operation of ACC
• A customised administration and billing system, which supports both types of taxi use

This RFI has been issued to assist ACC to determine whether there are other options available in the market place which may provide either a partial or total solution to its taxi requirements.
