ACC is running this Request for Information to gain a better understanding of the supplier market providing Disability Support Services.

1. About the existing four ACC Disability Support Services Contracts (Supported Living, Supported Activities, Supported Employment and Transition Services)
2. About what may eventually replace the current Disability Support Services Contracts.
