ACC is conducting an open market tender for its Home Modifications Service towards the end of the year.
Prior to the tender, ACC is inviting suppliers in the market an opportunity to put forward suggestions for how the service could be improved, via an online survey.
This survey is open to all past and current contract holders, as well as any organisations interested in contracting with ACC in the home modifications field for the supply of building design advice and construction project management services.
The feedback from this survey will be considered along with feedback from service users and their families and whanau, housing needs assessors, and ACC staff.
All responses will feed into a review of what’s working well and what needs improving, ahead of the open market tender at the end of the year.
