This RFT is for a main contractor only. Tenders for separate portions of the works will not be considered in any instance.

The scope of works includes refurbishment of Blocks 1 and 5, covering window joinery replacement, internal linings, cabinetry and floor coverings, and cladding, roof and gutter repairs, plus Block E gutter replacement and demolition of the Block C garages with a contractor-designed replacement garage.

The Contract Works will be delivered in one stage, wholly within school holiday period December 2026/January 2027 Christmas holidays.

Additional rights for other projects of a lower value are included in this tender.
