Overview
The Contract Works required are:
- Site wide upgrades as outlined in the drawings provided. Combination of electrical, plumbing, roofing and lifecycle replacement works
- Phasing is to be agreed with the school. The initial proposed phasing is shown in the design documentation, and the school can free up to 3 classrooms at a time.
- Known constraint: the school stays in use throughout the works.
- The contract is a Medium Works Contract. The Principal strongly prefers responses with no tags on the contract, drawings or specification.
