This procurement is for the refurbishment of the existing Auditorium building (Main Hall, Foyer, stairs, control room and plant room) at Rangitoto College. The works include safety upgrades to the mezzanine seating and balustrades, strengthening of the foyer floor, upgrade to LED lighting (funded by 5YA), and an upgrade to the HVAC system, rearrangement of the foyer stairs and internal refresh (funded by the school Board of Trustees). These elements form the overall Contract Works for the School Board (the Principal) at Rangitoto College (the School).
