CID is seeking a commercial, off the shelf software that provides a comprehensive board management solution. The board meets nine times a year, or more often if required. Audit and Risk Committee (sub-committee) meets quarterly. Meetings are held via a combination of in-person and on-line meetings. CID’s current licence is due to expire 30 June 2026 and we are looking to implement a new system by end of April 2026.
