This RFQ is the single-step, closed, competitive procurement process for IC services for the Wellington Girls' College Project.

As detailed further below in this RFQ, the Project comprises:
• seismic strength works for Brook Block (currently underway) and
• remaining redevelopment works for whole school (to be confirmed).

CID and the Ministry of Education (MOE) have entered into arrangements whereby CID will deliver the Project on behalf of MOE.  While CID will enter into contracts with advisors, designers, consultants and contractors, including in relation to the appointment of the IC, the Project is ultimately being delivered for MOE.
