This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Crown Infrastructure Delivery Limited, referred to below as “CID” or “the Buyer” or “we” or “us”.
CID is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to provide Design and Construction Services for the North Shore District Court (NSDC), courtroom remodelling, alterations and associated works.

There will be an opportunity for Q&As. We will not be able to record this briefing and site tour however Q&As will be recorded and shared on GETS for all Respondents.
Time: 1:30 – 3:00pm, 30 July 2025
Location: North Shore District Court, 79 Corinthians Drive, Albany, Auckland 0632
Requirements: Maximum 2 personnel from each Respondent. Please note we will require all attendees to sign an Appendix 3 - Confidentiality Agreement prior to the briefing.
