This Registration of Interest (ROI) is the first in a two-stage procurement process for the feasibility concept design services associated with development of the Indicative Business Case.
This ROI asks potential Respondents to register their interest in participating in this procurement opportunity, and to provide information that will help Manaaki Whenua, PFR and Rau Paenga shortlist three to four Respondents to proceed to the second stage of the procurement process, a Request for Proposal (RFP).
