Ōtākaro Limited requires the services of an Architectural and Urban Design Advisor to assist with the contract management phase of the East Frame Residential Precinct. Ōtākaro Limited is seeking, through this RFQ, responses from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for Architectural and Urban Design services in order to fulfil Ōtākaro Limited’s obligations to the Development Agreement – East Frame Residential Precinct.

Ōtākaro’s specific requirements of this Request for Quote (RFQ), are outlined in Section 2 (Our Requirements).

NOTE: It is important that respondents can meet the pre-conditions outlined in Section 3 of this RFQ. Respondents who are unable to meet all pre-conditions (as determined by the Evaluation Panel) should conclude that they will not benefit from submitting a Quote.
