The work for Lake Ohia Hall Renewals consists of the following, as per approved Building Consent plans.
• Structural Work - re-piling, subfloor strengthening, weathertightness, insulation
• Exterior Accessible Access - accessible entryway and ramp
• Upgrading of Electrical Switchboard and electrical in opened walls
• Interior Accessible Access and Bathroom Renewal
• Install Hot Water Supply to the building
• Heating and Ventilation upgrades
• Kitchen Renewal
