The purpose of this RFQ is to secure a consultant to carry out High Productivity Motor Vehicle (HPMV) Evaluations on six bridges. If the bridges can safely convey HPMV traffic, these routes will be added to the HPMV network.

The bridges that are to be evaluated are:
• Broadwood Road H16: RP 8486m to RP 8535m, Broadwood Road;
• Broadwood Road H18: RP 10685m to RP 10722m, Broadwood Road;
• Hupara Road Bridge T06: RP 2082m to RP 2088m, Hupara Road.
• Iwitaua Road H27: RP 130m to RP 176m, Iwitaua Road;
• Iwitaua Road H30: RP 3938m to RP 3951m, Iwitaua Road;
• Fisher-Riley Road E63: RP 57m to RP 85m, Fisher-Riley Road
