The Far North District Council is seeking competitive proposals from capable and experienced after-hours phone service specialists.
Suppliers responding should be prepared to provide a solution to the specified areas and offer all options available.
Services to be provided:
• Hours that services are required is from 5pm until 8am weekdays, all weekends and public holidays. One exception, on Tuesdays calls will remain with the after-hours service provider until 9am.
• Call logs to include detail of calls received each night / weekend
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports
• In case of emergency evacuations at FNDC during business hours, the after-hours service provider would be required to pick up calls at short notice e.g. fire evacuation, lock-down, etc.
• Committed to continuous improvement philosophy and quality assurance

We do not require the services of a 24-hour, 7 day a week call center.
