Overview
This Request for Proposal forms part of the Council’s Condition Assessment and Data Capture Programme which investigates the condition assessment of all assets owned and operated by the council.
This Request for Proposal is for experience firms to carry out Condition Assessment of Council’s Heritage Buildings and to prepare Conservation Management Plans for each of the heritage buildings as listed within the RFP.
