The Far North DIstrict Council is about to launch an Enterprise Asset Management change programme, delivering future asset management capability.

Council is now seeking a capable and experienced programme manager to submit a Registration of Interest.

The programme manager will develop and manage the delivery of the programme across four separate work streams:

1. Delivery of a new Asset Management System provided through Council’s selected supplier INFOR.
2. Development and implementation of Asset Management processes, data and plans
3. Resource and capability development across existing staff both during the implementation phase and as business as usual.
4. Management of the overall programme through the Council’s Project Management Framework.

The programme manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the proposed transformational change, effective co-ordination of the programme's projects and management of their inter-dependencies, including oversight of any risks and issues arising. They are also responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the programme.
