FNDC wishes to procure a professional services supplier panel to provide a range of technical and engineering services in support of in-house capacity. It is the intention of FNDC that a meaningful and locally based relationship will be developed with successful suppliers that develops the economy of Northland and builds the reputation of the Council, both locally and nationally. A key metric of the panel will be the Supplier’s ability to develop a strong customer engagement culture. The number of Suppliers on the panel will be limited, based upon the anticipated volume of work to be procured through the panel.
