This is a closed RFP relates to the Effectiveness Evaluation of Aotearoa New Zealand’s Climate-related Disclosure Framework and invites proposals from those suppliers shortlisted from the XRB's Registration of Interest process.

The required Services under this procurement comprise:
• a baseline assessment of voluntary disclosures, and capability and preparation for mandatory disclosures by Climate Reporting Entities (“CREs”)
• development of a research methodology for a multi-year evaluation programme to evaluate the impacts of the Climate-related Disclosure Framework
• piloting the research methodology
• implementation of the first cycle of the evaluation programme.

The XRB requires the Successful Respondent to carry out analysis that will enable us to better understand how we are contributing to the climate-related outcomes we claim to produce through our work.

The key objective of this procurement is to identify a suitably qualified provider to provide the above services.

The total cost over the whole-of-life of the contract, exclusive of GST is $250,000 (Target Price).

We require the contract to commence by 3 April 2023.
