The purpose of this engagement is to procure civil advisory services to support the plan and procure
phase of the Metering Programme and provide insights and advice with regard to the dependencies
installing metering will have on the civil works, such as design of new meter box (to ensure the new
meter and piping can be accommodated), producing standards and specifications required for the
tender process and being part of the evaluation panel for the main tender.

This role will provide independent, expert civil advice to the Programme Team, Commercial advisors,
Metering Technical advisors, QS, Executive Leadership, and Governance Boards as required.
