The QS advisor will be required to work closely with the programme team, commercial, metering technical, civil and probity advisors in the lead up to preparing tender documentation for release later in 2026 (indicative dates), during the tender evaluation phase to evaluate vendor costings, and during pre-implementation design to develop parallel estimates and ensure vendor pricing is appropriate.
