This project covers the delivery of Reservoir Isolation and Abandonment Works across multiple sites within Wellington Water’s Reservoir Programme. The scope focuses on safely isolating and decommissioning redundant reservoir assets from the live water network. Works include bypass pipework, valve removals, blank flanging, disconnections, end capping, and site reinstatement.

The objective is clear. Safely remove ageing or redundant assets. Maintain continuity of water supply. Reduce operational and network risk. These works support the wider Reservoir Programme by addressing health and safety risks, meeting isolation requirements, and completing abandonment activities ahead of long term renewal decisions.
