We are looking for a Contractor who will carry out a part renewal, part upgrade works in Stokes Valley for a section of wastewater pipe and manholes. The work involves trench depths up to 2.5m or so, close proximity to gas and electrical lines, and the wastewater pipe is made from asbestos cement. Majority of the work is located at 137 Stokes Valley Road within the private property. This site is close to a local road with a bus stop and a school in close proximity. The rest of the work is located at the back of the retirement village. It must vbe noted that pipe experiences constant high flows due to discharge from the retirement village, thus practical over-pumping methodology would be needed.
