CN 775.00009 Porirua Branch Pipelines – 375mm Branch Extension Cleat Street to Conclusion Street
Tenders are invited for the above Wellington Water contract, the scope of which involves the laying of 845m of new 355-426mmOD bulk water supply pipes in Warspite Avenue, Omapere Street, Cleat Street, and Stemhead Council Reserve.
The scope of works involves:
(a) Laying of 685m of new 375mmNB DI bulk water supply main pipes in roading corridors and Council reserves by open trenching,
(b) Laying of 140m of new 400mmNB Kurimoto DI bulk water supply main pipes in roading corridors and Council reserves by open trenching,
(c) Laying of 20m of new 355mmOD PE100 scour pipes and associated stream outlet works by open trenching,
(d) Construction of three new chambers,
(e) Construction of all necessary waterstops, thrust and anchor block restraints, and
(f) Permanent reinstatement of affected carriageways and reserve areas.
The tender closing date is set for 2pm 18 February 2019.
Tenders are to be labelled "CN 775.00009 Porirua Branch Pipelines – 375mm Branch Extension Cleat Street to Conclusion Street" and must be placed in the Tenders Box at the reception of Wellington Water's offices on Level 4, IBM House, 25 Victoria Street, Petone, Lower Hutt prior to the closing date and time.
