The purpose of this RFP is to invite proposals from interested Contractor Teams who have the capability, capacity and relevant experience to perform an agreed portion of the Wellington Water business as usual capex programme from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2023, and are active and collaborative members of the wider Capex Contractor Panel throughout the duration of the contract (including the implementation period starting on 14 January 2019). Wellington Water intends to select three Contractor Teams to form part of their Capex Contractor Panel.
