Overview

WorkSafe is seeking a planning and resource management tool to support enterprise-wide quarterly planning (aligned to Agile Big Room Planning practices). This tool would support enterprise-wide planning, resource management, change management and delivery oversight. It is intended to inform the selection of a fit-for purpose solution that will enable integrated planning across work programmes, resources, dependencies, risks and organisational change.

WorkSafe wishes to procure an integrated and intelligent enterprise planning capability that reduces the administrative effort required to maintain plans and enables leaders to focus on higher-value work.
