The Workforce Insights Monitoring programme has been carried out by an incumbent supplier since 2018. The programme is comprised of two (2) surveys – one (1) focused on workers and one (1) focused on employers, in each of WorkSafe’s four (4) priority sectors.
The data from the surveys provides WorkSafe and sector partners insights on employer health and safety maturity; worker engagement, participation, and representation; workers’ exposure to health and safety risks; employers controls to mitigate these; and the impact of workplace safety culture in the agriculture, construction, forestry, and manufacturing sectors.
WorkSafe wishes to approach the market, via this Request for Information (RFI) and see if pricing is still competitive, and if there have been innovations in the sector.
WorkSafe’s intention is to only seek answers at this stage to help with budgeting, forecasting and a future approach to market in the coming years.
