o understand the vendors in market and all the relevant products and services
o select vendors to be shortlisted for the formal RFP process…
o Obtain an early indication around project cost by asking Vendors to submit pricing on a non-weighted criterion basis
• As part of the ROI process we want to understand whether there are solutions that will align to the WorkSafe strategic architectural roadmap including operational support options, future enhancements and integration options with WorkSafe in-house systems.
