The purpose of this notice is to inform suppliers of this upcoming opportunity for M365 Metadata Auto-classification Solution and supplier briefings that will be held on the 18th and 19th of December at 1pm. Note: The supplier briefings will be the same, the reason we are having two is to provide some flexibility in terms of date/timing. To register your interest in attending one of these briefings please email the address below confirming which date you would like to attend and the Teams meeting will be sent to you.

An outline of our aims for this procurement is below:
• The key objective of this procurement is to source a solution that will integrate with our M365 environment to automate the labelling and classification of information, both at an object (file) and container (workspace/site) level. To achieve our key objective, we are seeking a solution that will:
- automatically apply metadata such as information classification, retention and other policies/regimes to our information in M365;
- provide both the ability to apply the above at both an object and container level; and
- ideally, assist with the provisioning of M365 workspaces to ensure default metadata is configured at the point of creation.
