Unitec’s Carrington Rd, Mt Albert campus is inviting from suitably qualified organisations, offers to provide Food & Beverage (no alcohol), convenience retail and services retail for new tenancy spaces being created with the campus Hub.
The Hub Project comprises alterations and additions and the complete refurbishment of two existing adjacent buildings in the Unitec Campus on Carrington Rd to create a library, retail space, teaching and learning, social and collaborative nodes. The Hub Project will be UNITEC’s “heart”, a space to attract and foster student and staff meetings and collaboration. This first signature building will demonstrate the high level of quality and commitment to the consolidation of the campus to the southern end of the campus.
