The purpose of this registration of interest (“ROI”) process is to invite interested parties ("Respondents") to register their interest in providing the Supply of Commercial Furniture for Unitec Institute of Technology ("Unitec") Tranche
1 Projects - HUB and CET (Construction, Engineering and Trades) Buildings.

The new Construction, Engineering and Trades (CET) Building will comprise a new 21st Century multi-use/adaptable and flexible teaching and learning space.

The Hub project comprises a library, retail space, performance, teaching and learning, social and collaborative nodes. The Hub project will be Unitec’s “heart” a space to attract and foster student meetings and interaction. This will be the face of Unitec.

The range of commercial furniture requested in this ROI covers the following:

 Seating (Chairs Task, Study, Meeting, Social, Lounge)
 Proprietary and Custom Joinery
 Specialist Library Shelving and Joinery
 Shelving and Storage, “Lundia” Type Shelving
 Lockers and Automated Lockers Systems

This ROI request is issued by Wairaka Land Company on behalf of Unitec.
