Building Compliance Services, including but not limited to:

• Routine maintenance and cleaning services to plant and equipment as required by the Building Act;
• Manage and administer all Compliance Schedules, Building Warrants of Fitness, Checklists, and other documentation as required by the Building Act;
• 24 hour emergency service, and be available to attend to any emergencies as defined by Wintec;
• A typical repair and responsive maintenance service, to undertake the effective repair and/or adjustment of the plant as required; and
• Any additional work required outside of the scope of this service, as agreed with the Facilities team.
