Overview
Wintec wishes to procure the Mechanical Engineer/Hydraulic/ESD Consultant design services for the design and construction observation of a new Flexible Learning Facility. The purpose of the RFP is to invite external companies to submit proposals to Wintec with information on their skills, services, location and experience in Mechanical Engineer/Hydraulic//ESD Consultant services for the Flexible Learning Facility on their Hamilton City Campus.
