Overview
Wintec wishes to procure the Civil Engineering design services for the design and construction observation of the new Flexible Learning Facility. The purpose of the RFP is to invite external companies to submit proposals to Wintec with information on their skills, services, location and experience in Civil Engineering services for the Flexible Learning Facility on their Hamilton City Campus.
