Whakatāne District Council has established a Three Waters Consent Replacement Programme to oversee and deliver multiple wastewater and water consent replacement projects.

As part of this Programme, we are seeking professional project management services to support the delivery of two primary wastewater consent replacement projects:
•Whakatāne Wastewater Consent Replacement Project
•Edgecumbe Wastewater Consent Replacement Project
