Council is seeking a contractor to take accountability for both the removal of the existing cladding from the Eastern Cargo Shed at Port Ōhope. The present cladding includes ACM in the form of Super Six sheets. On removal of the existing cladding the structure is to be re-clad in ColourSteel Maxx .055.
The successful tender will be accountable for the delivery of the entire works.
As one contractor will be accountable for the delivery of the project, we expect synergies on site to ensure the most effective use is made of plant and equipment and delivery timeframes are maximized.
