Overview
Whanganui District Council is seeking a qualified, experienced contractor to manage and complete the removal of asbestos material and deconstruction of buildings at 125 Grey Street, Whanganui. The buildings are Grade C Heritage status and therefore their deconstruction comes with guidelines and requirements set out in the Resource Consent. This is a complex project that will require expert project management skills as well as comprehensive skills and experience in this sector.
