Whangarei District Council (Council) is going to the market for Multi-Function Devices.
Council have signed up to the All of Government (AOG) contract for Print Technology and Associated Services and this review will be a one stage closed process restricted to the All of Government MFD panel members.

This RFP is the formal phase in this review.

At the end of the RFP stage, Council will select a preferred respondent to engage into detailed discussions with regard to:
- detail of fleet requirements
- roles and responsibilities
- service levels and key performance indicators
- pricing matrix
- contract

If Council and the preferred supplier cannot agree the terms of the contract, Council reserves the right to enter into discussions with a third party.
