eCALD® Services is a division of the Institute for Innovation and Improvement, Te Whatu Ora Waitematā. We provide online (e-learning), face-to-face and remote F2F cultural competency vide-based training to the primary, secondary, and non-governmental health workforce in New Zealand. Our vision is to enhance the cultural competence of the health workforce in working with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) migrants and refugees from Asian and Middle Eastern, Latin American and African backgrounds through the provision of courses and resources. This procurement seeks a quotation for producing eleven (11) videos demonstrating cross-cultural interactions in healthcare settings involving culturally diverse actors and clinicians.
