We are looking for a Consultant to: develop a Strategic Assessment to inform a Ministerial Business Case for the Waitakere Redevelopment Programme and develop a Strategic Assessment and a Ministerial Business Case in accordance with Treasury’s Better Business Case requirements for the Waitakere Interim Capacity Project.
Waitemata District Health Board (WDHB) is the largest and fastest growing District Health Board in New Zealand and has recently completed a 10-year Health Services Plan. WDHB has established the Waitemata 2025 programme to develop major clinical facilities to meet the needs of its growing population and to substantively replace ‘not fit for purpose’ facilities.
We are seeking proposals from suitably qualified parties to develop two Strategic Assessments for:
(1) The Waitakere Redevelopment Programme which must be complete by 3rd December 2018 and
(2) The Waitakere Interim Capacity Project which must be complete in conjunction with
(3) A Ministerial Business Case in accordance with Treasury’s Better Business Case requirements for the Waitakere Interim Capacity Project which must be completed by 3rd December 2018.
Consultants must respond to all three aspects.
