Overview
WDHB is required to recycle the capital invested in 44 Taharoto Road, Takapuna through an appropriately structured sale and lease back arrangement.
We are looking for an experienced commercial service provider to help us develop and deliver the ideal arrangement to maximise the benefits to WDHB and the wider taxpayer.
