We require an experienced, skilled and dynamic communications provider to work across both Auckland and Waitemata DHB regions to develop and implement a Pacific Community Rheumatic Fever Communications Plan. We require the following:
1. The development of a Communications Plan for the Rheumatic Fever programme in Waitemata and Auckland DHBs – 1 month duration. Sign off would be required by DHB Planning and Funding manager before implementation phase is initiated.
2. Implementation of the Communications Plan for one year post development.
The Communications Plan will be developed by the end of July 2017 and implementation initiated in early August 2017. It is expected that the same Provider will implement the Communications Plan, until 30 July 2018. The DHB reserves the right to extend the implementation for a further year, at the same price as originally tendered.
