Waitemata District Health Board is calling for a Design Build proposal from organisations with expertise and experience to provide a Dangerous Goods Store at Waitakere Hospital. ROI Review and Shortlisting will be completed mid January 2017.
The project is to design and construct a new Dangerous Goods Store which meets all required NZ Codes and Standards and that will provide the attached Project Scope.
Waitemata DHB is inviting Design Build proposals as a turnkey project.
Submissions:
Interested companies are invited to submit their proposals to the Contracting Authority above containing:
i. Full contact details of all parties;
ii. Proven experience and track record in the design and construction of similar buildings within the last three years;
iii. Capability and capacity of all parties to deliver;
iv. Confirmed project personnel of all parties to be assigned for duration of project;
v. References/referees of three clients with whom you have worked with in the past 3 years Submissions preferably on similar projects:
vi. Evidence of current relevant insurances;
vii. Provide a copy of company Health and Safety Policy.
