Overview
Auckland District Health Board (DHB) and Waitemata District Health Board (DHB) are seeking a provider or providers of health services with existing robust links to Māori Iwi / Māori organisations and Pacific communities / Pacific organisations, to support vulnerable pregnant women, new mothers and families/ whānau with children 0-5 years old through the expanded Healthy Homes Initiative (HHI) to achieve warmer, drier, healthier homes and therefore improved health and wellbeing outcomes.
