Nature and Description of Service: Waitemata District Health Board is calling for Registration of Interest from organisations with expertise and experience to provide Cost Management Services for a project at North Shore Hospital.

This project proposes a refurbishment of the North Wing, a retrofit and redesign of the Hub Room in the South Wing and a seismic upgrade of the East and West Wings of Building 1 at the North Shore Hospital Campus which houses hospital administration.

Waitemata DHB is inviting submissions from interested parties to provide Cost Management services for this facility at North Shore Hospital.
